Pooja Ratnakar is the driving force behind Mai Hoon Dhanbad, bringing over 15 years of dedicated experience in community upliftment and social service. A former educator, she grounds her leadership in discipline, empathy, and civic responsibility. Guided by a core belief in self-reliance and grassroots action, Pooja views serving underprivileged communities not merely as work, but as a lifelong commitment. Beyond her civic leadership, she is a painter and the author of the published Hindi poetry collection “Dastak”—creative pursuits that reflect her deep connection to human emotion and community life.
